My height = 184 cms Weight = 84.84kgs Can I have two bananas per day? I want to lose weight but I like to have bananas as well. Can 2 bananas per day increase my weight? I have 1 full plate oats, 5 soaked almonds and 1 banana in breakfast. And 1 in the evening after I come back from brisk walking.
