Include lemon in your daily diet ...like lemon water, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli , cabbage ..and to increase protein best is have fresh water fish , lentils, lean chicken ( breast only) , nuts as in walnuts, almonds, whole pulses , low fat milk and milk products ..this is in general but a diet specific to your needs and health issues is the best way to get the desired result.
