Dear Doctors, I get hot flashes on my back when my heart rate increases. The last ECG I had was in Dec 2021 and was normal. Please let me know if it's of a concern

Sounds like anxiety. Stop taking unnecessary stress. Don't over think. Stop smoking if you do. Avoid alcohol. Start some physical exercises on a regular basis. Take a break from your hectic life style. Have some fun man.
