Circumferential short segment thickening in the terminal ileum with mesentric fat stranding and enlarged adjacent mesentric lymphnode-likely inflammatory/infective. My CT scan is showing above. What could be reason

Many causes possible. Inflammatory bowel disease, some acute or chronic infection etc.
