I have sugar after eatimg of 161 does it means i have diebeties? Fasting is normal. I also have thyroid

one sugar level reading doesn't decide whether you have diabetes or not . There are stages , like Impaired glucose tolerance or prediabetes , then further going to established diabetes. To confirm , Test called HBA1C has to be done .
