First of all your bladder capacity is not reduced. A bladder can accommodate upto 500 ml of urine. The person gets an urge to pass urine when the bladder has about 350-400 ml of urine. In your case you get the urge to pass urine much earlier , when the bladder has about 150-200 ml of urine. This is known as urge incontinence. Please consult a Urologist in your area.
