Query About Stromal Keratitis

Doctor, I Had Keratoconjunctivitis. For This, I Consulted A Local Opthalmologist Who Don't Have Slit-Lamp With Him. He Treated Me With Some Eyedrops. From Doubting, I Went An High Level Opthalmogist (After 2-3 Months From) Who Have Slit-Lamp With Him. Then He Diagnosed Me With "LE Stromal Keratitis" in Left Eye. Then, The Doctor Prescribed Me Drops For The Keratitis And Told Me That I Had Small White Spots in My Cornea. For The Spots, He Give Me A Lubricant Eye Gel Named "Hylo Gel". I Have Used The Gel Approximately For 7-10 Months And Then I Consulted The Same Eye Doctor. Then, The Doctor Told Me That The Spots Are Remain. He Wrote " LE Stromal Opacity" in Diagnosis Section. Now, From Online, I Heared That The Stromal Keratitis Can Also Make The Cornea Scarred. Now, How Can I If The Small White Spots Are Due To The Viral Keratoconjunctivitis Or It Due To The Stromal Keratitis? Please Let Me Know.
