Can Large capacity bladder(Urodynamic report  says Underactive Detrusor)affect cystocele repair(5.5 cm cystocele)?Kindly Reply...I was scheduled to have cystocele repair but after seeing the report doc  postponed the surgery...I've been advised to follow techniques such as double voiding,timed voiding and use tab Veltam for 6 weeks...After 6 weeks if there's an improvement then he can perform the surgery...Can bladder capacity reduce within 6 weeks also if bladder capacity reduces,will cystocele also reduce(without surgery)?Kindly Reply
