I'm a 26 year old woman who has PCOS, due to which I suffer from low and irregular periods, hair fall. I want to know my options of IUD or contraception

If you suffer frm pcos ,its better to be on regular pills as they ll regularize your cycles ,decrease your hormonal imbalance and additionally work as contraceptive too. Consult directly online for further information and management
