Quadruple test without NT

Hi, I missed NT scan because I could not get appointment with my doctor. Now my doctor has suggested quadruple test. Every clinic is ask NT scan report for quadruple test that I don't have . Can you please suggest what should I do. I'm 16 week pregnent.
