Puss cell 5-6 HPF in semen analysis.

Hi, trying to conceive second baby since 16 Months, All my reports and HSG is normal. My husband has done semen analysis and the report says Normospermia with decreased motility, Active Motile is 25 % and sluggishly motile is 40 % Puss cell 5-6 HPF. can this be a reason for me not getting pregnant. Pls clarify.
