Am not clear about your query. Is it urine report? If urine report shows pus cell 100 to 120 hpf then probably your child is suffering from urinary tract infection. Need urgent treatment. After giving urine sample for culture and drug sensitivity you can start antibiotics empirically. After that you may change antibiotics according to culture and sensitivity. You can start syrup cefixime 10mg/kg/day two divided doses.
