I have no idea of what happened, but day before after taking bath and drying my penis started paining a bit towards the left side above the ball sac. And when I checked it around the evening,I had pus coming out from it. Kindly help.

Could be an infection of sac skin..consult a urologist..it should settle with antibiotics..
