Sir i hv a problem of anal fissures previously so doctor suggested me to use stool while sitting for painless defecation. From 3dys i saw so small lump kind near my vagina which is little bit paining if i was pressing. So i took mirror to saw that lump. While i was pressing that lump some pus kind of smelly white yellowish liquid coming from anus
