Pus filled pimples all over my legs

So i shaved my legs recently because they were too hairy.Since then i started getting small pus filled pimples.I didn't mind much but then they started happening more often more bigger.They hurt they come bigger now.Its really starting to bother me now.The photos i shared are the same sized pimples almost everywhere in my legs making it uncomfortable to wear pants.Help
