Your symptoms point to the condition called as pericoronitis, and in your case it is under the severe category. The infection has also spread to the adjoining muscles because of which you are facing restricted mouth opening. You should not delay the treatment further because this can cause the symptoms to aggravate even more. Extraction of the offending tooth would be the most prudent step for a permanent relief of symptoms.
OPG x ray will be required to access the condition of the bone and the root and the extraction can be planned accordingly.
