Hi, I am 25 old, have sperm count of 36 million, normal morphology n normal motility ratio. However I have more pus I.E. 30%. Doctor advised me to take fynal, can you let me know what could be the actual reasons for pus.

pus in semen is not always easy to find a cause as culture generally doesn't yeld any reason. some time TB (genital) is one of the cause so 1st take general antibiotics for 3 weeks if after that it is still significant in number do TB pcr. Yes it can lead to infertility.
