Hello doctor I have dizziness and I always feel dull pulsing ache in lower back of head and also I feel a weird sensation like pulsating and palipitation in neck and chest.I'm using medications like beta blockers in the morning and nexito plus in the night from almost 6 months. What is the cause? Pls help me out I'm very worried about my health pls help me
