Last night I checked my pulse (heart beat) as there was a slight back pain, it was 57 and now i have a range of 90-100 from morning till evening is it normal Ecg, echo, lipid profile everything fine

The heart rate normally drops when sleeping. The normal resting heart rate range is between 60 – hundred. You don’t need to worry for your heart rate levels. If at all, you are very concerned, you can get an ECG done.
