I have pulse in my stomach .no pain what is the main cause of this.my age is only 20 years.normal cholesterol.normal weight.no smoking.normal sugar.what is main reason for this.atleast mention all reasons.

That's perfectly normal as the pulse you are feeling is bowel peristalsis. Muscles of stomach undergoes rythmic contraction movement that mimics pulse like activity. Nothing to worry if you do not have any additive symptoms
