I have pulsatile tinnitus since 2013 in my right ear and was recognised by me wheen my right wisdom tooth was removed i also have TMJ and also doctor have told me to go through mri to diagnose is there any tumour or somethng but nothing came out is it required again to do mri again and again

Pulsatile tinnitus is a rare entity seen in a rare tumor known as glomus jugulare. Once MRI is normal it means that you don't have that problem and no need for repeat MRI. there are other conditions which can cause Pulsatile tinnitus such as superior canal dehiscence syndrome
