Sir I waer smart band at night in sleep time everyday.my pulse rate is 12am-55bpm 1.40am-53 02.15am-57 2.40am -56 02.55am-61 03.05am-55 03.22am-48 03.30am-60 03.33am-48 04.05am-53 04.35am-51 04.43am-97 04.50am-47 05.05am-48 05.35-52 06.20-47 07.05-55 07.44-48 Day time it above 60 Tmt time it remains 90 to 115 My bp is normal,ecg normal Please suggest me my heart condition I feel scare.

Nothing to worry. Pulse rate drops normally during sleep. All your parameters are normal nothing to worry

Hi. Your pulse variations are normal, during sleep it will be low, in daytime it's in normal range and exercise time it will be little high. Your ecg is within normal limits. Don't worry and continue your routine life.
