I have been diagnosed with primary pulmonary pseudolymphoma. what does this mean ? doc says no treatement, would rather just observe

I would advise you a private consult with all reports uploaded to me.. pseudo lymphoma is rare but can be treated.. but how do you got diagnosed and what are your symptoms.. biopsy after CT scan would be needed before starting treatment
