Why 80 percent of patients having pulmonary embolism diagnosed in autopsy???..what is pathophysiology behind pulmonary hypertension seen in casexof obstructive sleep apnea syndrome??

Pulmonary Hypertension seen pulmonary embolism is different from OSA, In OSA airway is obstructed, oxygen not reaching lungs creating hypoxia. In PE blood vessels are clogged ...oxygen is reaching the lungs but because of lack of blood oxygenation is not happening causing hypoxia..
