Puffy nipples. Possible gynecomastia

I have had Puffy nipples since puberty. I used to be overweight 112 kg. Now I have brought it down to 85 and gained some muscle too. But still am unable to get rid of the Puffy nipples. Do I need medication like tamoxifen and Exemestane. Please advise

Its better to go for safe and natural treatment like Ayurvedic. Tamoxifen n exemestane use can cause side-effects. Also, would advise to start some sort of exercise, preferably Yoga which will help in bringing Hormonal Balance.

Puffy nipples could be because of fat deposition. If there are hard nodules, consult a General Surgeon.
