I have puffy nipples. They are there since childhood. I always hesitated to consult anyone. My pec muscles are slighlty pointy. I can feel some empty space and also some tissue like things under my nipples. I don't have flat nipples like a general male has. Is there any treatment for making puffy nipples go away?
