Yesterday got puffy in my upper eye don't know what it is please suggest me got watery eyes past two days

Yes your right eyelid seems to be inflamed. Please do hot foamentation.and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.
