Nowadays there are various small machines available in the market for permanent removal of hairs by making hair follicles dead Can u suggest me a good one which will work for sure ?

Sorry to say but for permanent hair removing machines are not so cheap . If u r going towards a good machine starts with Rs.10 lacks . ...........
