My daughter is 8.7 years old. recently I saw small hair growth in under arms and her private area. Is this a symptom of puberty??is this normal at her age?? I check with my friends kids but they didn't have. Worried about this

Dear parents, In Mobile era,puberty age has reduced. 9years now day is normal age for start of puberty.
