Hello. Sir im a boy and im almost 18 my problem is that till date i cant grow beard, i have consulted with my parents before but according to them its normal. According to my dad he was too a late bloomer i.e he to started growing beard at age of 19+ or maybe 20. so my ques. Is is this normal, or does this relate with any testicle issues!? is my penis going to be affected by this...please le me know sir
