Will a psychologist fee reduce if more sessions are needed, after the first one? Let's say fee in 1000, but doctor recommends therapy twice per week. Would patient be paying 2000 per week? Also, any doctor with experience with Western patients and practice?

what is western patients? doctors fee vary from doctor to doctor. essentially, sessions should be taken once per week. and it should be flexible according to patient. fee does nor reduce so go for someone with less fee
