Hi... I can share a reference of a good Psychologist in Pune but this idea of judging the therapist never bring good results. You may take a decision based on his/her credentials but once you get into therapy you need to shed this judgement and start focusing on your treatment. Also, before seeking psychological treatment, I would suggest you to seek a doctor/cardiologist opinion on your above symptoms and get the necessary tests done. Why I am saying this is because similar symptoms (including psychological) are developed in some physical ailments (like heart disease, etc.) and it is not wise to not get it tested first hand. I am not suggesting anything at this point. So don't take me wrong.
Also, about the struggles you have shared above requires a multilayered treatment approach. You can start with fixing your routine in terms of proper and timely meals, sleep, exercise, and breathing/meditation. You may than seek clinical guidance using therapeutic techniques like CBT, etc. Remember, therapy doesn't have quick fixes like the one we are so used to in our modern day lifestyle. But it has very simple and sustainable solutions to our modern times life problems. It's a completely different approach to treatment. Do remember, there are more people like you going through very similar struggles in their lives and the people who treat them (psychologist/psychiatrist/psychotherapists) are used to dealing with such complex concerns. It is their daily work and not a unique problem. Hence, their approach is based on scientific results and not general opinion.
