Hi dr i am living in hostel room for 10 months here food is not good extremely salty and oily the weather is hot stress in atmosphere not suitable for me  the water is very hard every one in my hostel have the same problem only for this who are from up bihar and assam but no effect on who are from Karnataka and delhi however I passed these 10 months i lose. So many hairs daily 300 hairs bit after 3 months it was quite normal but my hair is very thin now i am at home from 10 days and feel like heaven i went to dr about my hair he said you have telogen effluvium At home i study 6 hours play football 2-3 hrs and sleep 7-8 hrs feel very comfortable my hair is feeling better now Now again i have to go to that place last time For 20 days for my board exam Please tell me how should i pass these days with my study peacefully without any stress
