My neighbor not eating food for 20 day.only sleeping and whoever communicate her scolding. Please help her

Only way to help her is to take her to nearest hospital, if she cant take food then intravenous medicine and management should be given. When she recover then consult a psychologist  to detect what is the cause behind such strict decesion.I think there some mental disturbances in there.
