I have been taking Nexito plus tab once daily alongwith Telvas ct 40 & Nebi 5. Clonotril.25 tab sos. I often feel my mode very sad and disappointed. Please advise me.

Hello  Seems more depressive features, may need Inc dose of escitalopram.more details for proper diagnosis and treatment.
