Don't stop exercising.. You may need a stress test to find out how much activity you can handle. Start any new exercise program slowly. Add more time and effort only when your heart is up to it. Learn how to check your pulse while you work out and ask your doctor what to do if your heartbeat kicks into high gear. Take care of what you eat.. eat potassium and magnesium rich foods..

Hello, No need to stop exercise. Continue taking dilzem as it is and continue your exercise. Do not be anxious about this PSVT it will increase your heart rate more. If you get recurrent episodes of PSVT despite dilzem then go for EP study and Radiofrequency ablation of the abnormal accessory pathway. Do not worry its not life threatening. Take care

If you are worried of aggravating the SVT by exercise,or worried about recurrences inspite of taking the drug,I suggest you to do an EP STUDY and RF ABLATION.
