Hello sir this year again I got P soryasis attached some images. Huge dandruff from Scalf same like this getting itchung. Pls advice some good tablet and ointments. And let me k ow the reason for Psoryasis and foods to avoid and foods to eat more for better cure  Pls suggest Thanks
