Psoriasis Treatment Advice

I have been suffering from psoriasis since 2 years, currently I am taking methotrexate and Sorovate C ointment for same. I am looking for a better treatment now as I don't see any improvement in my condition. Therefore, request you all to recommend a better and permanent treatment which is proven effective.
