My dermatologist Dr.Gopal has prescribed me topisal 3% lotion to be applied on my scalp,chest,behind the ear and the back..In the pamphlet they have given its 15days treatment...but Doctor asked me to meet him after a month...so should I apply topisal for 30days or 15days...(I apply it once every night).

I would suggest - after 15 days..  use it on alternate days.. this will help you taper the therapy and you can meet him after a month.  hope this solves ur problem.  Warm regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru.
