Scaly skin of palm, sometime itching happens, previously cosulted another doctor that time it was controlled but now again it is causing problem

Planet psoriaisis needs to be kept under control. Even hand eczema presents in a similar way. I can treat it but I require photos for proper examination and diagnosis. Please send photos using online consult option for proper prescription of medicine. Don't work with detergents.
