This is Palmoplantar psoriasis. It is a type of psoriasis that affects the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition that can flare up with exposure to certain triggers. It can appear almost anywhere on the body, including the hands and feet. They are well-circumscribed, red, scaly, plaques. Medication is available for the same. Consult a Dermatologist to prevent further progression of the lesions.
