Hi I'm taking ayurvedic medicines for eye disorders ND also Im taking ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm water!! No issues with this medicines Bt i want to include protein shake in my diet Suggest me the best cheap and best protein shake!! Horlicks plus protein? Or Protein x. Whch one is the best!! Plz reply to this Topic only !! Don't give another option
