Protein in urine

Pls check attached report (No diabtes, no BP). Got, diabetes profile checkup along with annual checkup which had microalbuminuria in the package also. Fasting shows 87 ppbs shows 81 and microalbuminira shows 16.5 mg/L and urine protein shows 14.3.. when checked standard normal values -usually protein levels should be less than 14 however reports shows less than 15 is considered to be normal (not sure why the lab shows until 15 as normal) In annual checkup my creatine was 0.8 complete kFT was normal with serum urea 16.4 (reference value19-44). The urine given for test was mid stream spot urine( morning at 8 A.M) I am a vegetarian and I don't eat non veg. I workout moderate exercises I do not consume any workout protein shakes. Have known that kidneys do not leak protein but protein is detected it means kidneys are getting damaged. Here the urine protein value shows 14.3 but normal range is less than 14 as per standard values. Pls guide
