I have e coli in semen culture which my doc said is prostatitis. However it was diagnosed after 6 months as my previous doc was not able to diagnose it correctly. I am taking bactrim tablet for almost 2 months now, many of the symptoms have been resolved but i still have post ejaculatory pain, burning and a little scrotal pain. How long will it take to clear up ?
