Doctor what is prostatitis how to cure that problem with Ayurveda medicines can you recommend me such i don't some of doctors saya urethral secretion but I know they are always right when I pee sperm type of fluid comes out from my penis ..my brother doesn't had this type of problem no nightfall nothing why it is happening to me...kindly help...Thank you.
