I have prostatitis that was caused by repeated chlamydia infection . I have been treated for the chlamydia and am now on ciprofloxacin for the prostatitis. My urologist said 7 days after the treatment for chlamydia I wouldnt be contagious. My question is that if my prostatitis is caused by the chlamydia bacteria beinf inside my prostate can it still be passed to my partner?
