Kind Attn. Dr. Vijay Radhakrishnan. My critical symptom is recurrence of intolerable burning sensation in urethra having relief only after ejaculation (not painful) or temporary use of catheter. Symptom repeat after 24 hours or less and suffer till ejaculation and no other way. Sometimes no night sleep. I am facing a big struggle as ejaculation is only way of relief. Finding much difficulties in ejaculation also. Heavy consumption of water and ultimate urination are not helpful.
