My USG result shows Small prostatic cyst (14mm ). I've slight pain in left lower abdominal .(>1week) no other symptoms. I'm not use tobacco,alcohol but have alot of masturbations (nearly 24times/month). is 14mm Prostatic cyst needs to worry? How to cure it ? or it can goes away its own ?
