Prostate urine not passing
Dear team,
As shared previously attaching ultrasound report now and it's in grade 3.
Please share your feedback as we are facing the problem in urine passing
The patient is having prostatomegaly and as having urinary symptoms, he has to undergo surgery related to Prostatomegaly, i.e., TURP.
Until surgery, start patient on Cap. Urimax-D, once daily after dinner, for relief of symptoms.

Patient has a problem of swelling of prostate gland which is present below the urinary bladder. This occurs usually in old men. As the grade is 3 it is advised for him to consult urologist.
Also patient has crystals in urine which may lead to urinary/renal stones later.
Next Steps
Urologist may advise for a test called uroflowmetry to detect the urine flow parameters.
Health Tips
Straining in toilet due to this condition can lead to kidney problems, hernia etc. So don't delay. If urologist advises surgery (usually TURP), don't hesitate. Go ahead with surgery if needed
