He is suffering from prostate metastatis stage he undergone hormone thearpy he underwent RT he is under zoldronic acid now again he is getting pain in pelvic region he undergone bone scan now there is more visible in spine chest and some other parts of the body and psa is increased to 2.1 now what is the treatment
